Who we are

Our Vision:
Our vision is a world where organisations thrive as part of an interconnected ecosystem, where leaders are empowered to bring out the best in humanity- creating ripple effects of positive change in the world.

Our Purpose:
We apply the rigour of psychology to develop conscious leaders, empowering them to harness the innate human capacity to work together and create meaningful value.

Organisations hire us for our expertise in organisational psychology, cultural transformation, and leadership and team development. They continue working with us because of our empathetic listening, ability to uncover root issues, simplify complexity for decisive action, build self-awareness, challenge limiting mind-sets, and deliver lasting, positive impact.

We serve as sounding boards, coaches, trusted partners, strategists, creative thinkers, consensus-builders, facilitators, deep listeners, skill-sharers, and authentic human connections.

Our highly qualified and diverse network brings first-hand understanding of inclusion challenges, blending rigorous psychological training with practical insight into the realities of organisational life

MEET THE FOUNDER

Faiza Khokhar, MA, MSc CPsychol

I am Faiza, a Chartered Business Psychologist, Facilitator, and Executive Coach with 25 years of experience working with executive leaders at the C-Suite and Board levels across diverse industries. My journey has been fuelled by a lifelong fascination with the human experience and an awe of what we can achieve when we come together with purpose and intention.

Over the years, I’ve consulted with FTSE 100 companies and held leadership roles within the financial services sector, giving me a strong commercial grounding. I founded my company after supporting a six-year cultural transformation as part of a global business turnaround for Old Mutual a £13.7 billion international investment, savings, insurance, and banking group serving over 16 million customers worldwide, after financial services crash. This work, recognized as a best-practice case study, showed me the power of leadership to create lasting impact when rooted in authenticity and purpose. It also deepened my passion for helping leaders who want to change the world by first transforming themselves.

Today, I work with leaders from diverse and under-represented backgrounds, helping them navigate barriers, unlock their potential, and lead with greater influence and impact. Drawing on my background as a psychologist, I provide a safe and reflective space for leaders to explore their unique strengths, life stories, and the patterns that may hold them back. Together, we build awareness, experiment with new approaches, and create purposeful strategies for thriving in both their careers and personal lives. As a faculty member on several renowned Gender and Inclusive Leadership Programs and a Global Trainer Partner with the Barrett Values Centre I’ve supported organizations in achieving greater gender balance at the board and senior leadership levels and led global culture transformation efforts to embed inclusive, high-performing cultures.

As a mum of four, I care deeply about the legacy we’re building for future generations. I’m passionate about helping working parents create lives where their careers and families can thrive side by side. Outside of my professional work, I’m also committed to supporting marginalized groups, working as a therapist with refugees and male offenders to help them find belonging and purpose.

At the heart of everything I do is the belief that leadership is about more than results—it’s about how we show up, the values we live by, and the impact we leave behind. When leaders embrace their humanity and purpose, they have the power to transform not just their organizations, but the world around them
